The firm’s initial geographic focus is on the Singapore and Hong Kong markets. Amicus IM takes a strategic operational approach by combining stable, non-cyclical income with upside from hands-on asset management. Our management team is comprised of professionals with decades of experience in self-storage management, industrial facility operations, fund management and commercial real estate investment.

How We Work

Amicus IM works closely with its operating partner, Storefriendly, the largest self-storage operator in Asia by number of stores. Storefriendly is the developer and anchor tenant of Amicus IM’s industrial properties. This allows Amicus IM to create value for its investors by quickly installing profitable tenants in its properties, thereby providing a strong yield, rental growth, value appreciation and exposure to Storefriendly, which is introducing new technology and business models to the self-storage industry.
